TEACHING TIP  To help the children do this activity, refer them to the weather in each picture. In the first scene it is snowing, in the second it is cloudy, and then, as the snowman melts, the sun gets progressively bigger!

• Once the children have finished, play the song again, encouraging them to point to the correct picture each time. Check everyone has written the correct number in each of the boxes.

6 Goodbye

• If you have a routine clock, move the hand to ‘Goodbye’.

• Sing the Goodbye song. Have the puppets wave goodbye as you put them away.
